Build infinite areas

Build the exact experience you need for your audience. Create an infinite number of areas where attendees can network, interact with content or collaborate in activities.


Connect rooms can be embedded with multiple applications, so every room can be unique. You can swap content at any time during the event, making the uses for rooms endless. 

Hide content until it is required, decide on how many people are able to access each room and by using our TAG system, allow access and visibility to pre-defined user groups.

Navigating the Connect platform couldn’t be easier, simply click and join any area. Alternatively our outstanding attendee management system puts you in control of where and when your audience moves to a different area.


We do the heavy lifting so your attendees never need to worry about getting lost or missing a session. Connect has a series of options that allow you to take your entire audience, individuals or groups to single or multiple areas simultaneously.

Working with our TAG system, you can identify attendees to be part of a shared group. This allows or restricts access to certain areas, giving you the power to deliver personalised experiences.

Video & Live Feed

Main stage

Choose the source for your main stage. Live stream using an RTMP endpoint, streaming URL or app. Host a video call, inbuilt or Zoom integration. Add a web app or Explore 3D experience.

Multiple stages

There’s no limit to the amount of stages in Connect. Host infinite live feeds, pre-recorded video or on demand replays.

Main stage mini player

Never miss any of the live event, attendees can take the main stage with them anywhere. Control the position of the mini player and scale to suit.

On demand

Post event, easily redirect returning attendees from the platform to external on-demand content without the need for a separate URL. Or during the event, build dedicated on demand areas and create shortcut links using the agenda.


Allows speakers and production teams to be connected quickly with an integrated green room. Speakers can deliver their keynote and then participate in the rest of the event.

The conversation always starts with, “how does registration best work for your event?” We’ll advise on the best way to implement using either our inbuilt platform registration, connecting an API to your existing registration system or building a registration website and CMS from scratch to deliver the functionality required. There are lots of variables inbetween but sometimes it can be as simple as uploading a delegate list using a csv file or manually adding guests to your event.
