Main stage mini player
Never miss any of the live event, attendees can take the main stage with them anywhere. Control the position of the mini player and scale to suit.
On demand
Post event, easily redirect returning attendees from the platform to external on-demand content without the need for a separate URL. Or during the event, build dedicated on demand areas and create shortcut links using the agenda.
Backstage
Allows speakers and production teams to be connected quickly with an integrated green room. Speakers can deliver their keynote and then participate in the rest of the event.
Networking & Chat
Networking
Easy to initiate, join and move between tables of up to 4 people. Based on your profile, our AI will suggest who to start a conversation with. Our networking will infinitely scale with your event, so no-one is left out.
Speed Networking
For a dynamic experience, try speed networking. Select your table size, shuffle your audience and attendees will be placed in random tables. You can re-shuffle as many time as you like.
Inbuilt video call
Built on Jitsi, our video call system can hold up to 500 people. Activate on the main stage or in any room, each call has all of the features you need. Alternatively, for larger numbers, you can directly embed Zoom with no external login needed.
Global Chat
Global chat enables your audience to instantly engage and interact with each other. Hosts can moderate, pin and delete messages and switch chat on or off instantly. Chat transcripts can be exported at any time.
1-2-1 chat
Engage in meaningful, private conversations with other event participants in confidence. Fully GDPR compliant, private conversations are not monitored or moderated.
Audience Interaction
Polls
Engage your audience with interactive polls, surveys and quizzes. Our inbuilt polling can be targeted to specific rooms or TAG user groups. If you have a preferred polling app, simply add the app url.
Emoji reactions
Let your audience react to any session in real-time with optional emojis. These can be used on the main stage or within any room.
Customisable attendee profile
Attendees can quickly complete their profile, personalising their details to share in your event. Full profiles encourage more interactions between attendees. As host you can fully customise the profile data fields, to display or capture the information that matters to you.
Attendee list & search
Attendees can find, connect and communicate with other event participants quickly. Search by person, tag or information from the attendee profile to message or initiate a video call instantly.
Q&A
Embed your favourite Q&A apps as part of the main stage, side navigation bar or within a breakout room to allow your attendees and speakers to effortlessly communicate.
Breakouts & Infinite Areas
Scalable areas
Connects' scalabale 'areas' feature sets us apart. Accessed via a single icon in the navigation bar, areas become a destination in its own right. Build rooms for your attendees to share experiences in and create categories to group together similar themed rooms.
Categories
When your event has multiple room types, categories organises them for ease of navigation and use. Categories can be hidden and unhidden instantly, allowing you to unveil content at exactly the time you need it.
Rooms
Attendees join a room to experience an activity. This can be a shared, group or solo experience. Add descriptions including images and videos, embed content, decide on the room size and use tags to restrict access or visibility. If you need extra rooms as your event evolves, create them in real time.
Content
Add social, interactive or gamified activities to personalise your rooms. Use video, web apps, documents, 3D environments, video calls or combine multiple elements simultaneously.
Common uses
Breakout rooms, addtional live stages, roundtables, mentor areas and group discussions are some of the most common uses, but whatever you need to create outside of your main stage area, rooms can do it.
Signposting & Support
Agenda
Our dynamic agenda not only lists your sessions but allows you to quickly navigate around the platform. Sessions can appear in sequential order or the live session can always show at the top. Add images, videos and links. Use our TAG system to create personalised agendas for your attendees.
Speaker bios
Allow your keynote speakers to showcase their individual backgrounds and expertise. Add photos, videos or links to external channels.
Announcements
Keep your event running smoothly. Make announcements to attendees for event updates or call to actions. Schedule in advance or push live, announcements can be sent to all, to selected rooms or attendee groups using TAGs. Add images, text, video and short cut navigation buttons.
Help & support
The always on 'Help' icon gives attendees instant access to common FAQ's and a 'check your tech' link. Add your own 'support chat' channel to give your attendees instant communication when they need assistance or let our team run this for you with Yoonitys' fully managed service.
Tutorial
Easily guide your event participants around the platform with an optional onboarding tutorial. This can be accessed anytime during the event via the 'Help' icon.
Analytics & Security
Analytics
Attendees can be tracked from the second they join to the second they leave. We can provide a comprehensive set of reports, including attendee details and journey or statistics for individual rooms.
Data security
Each event sits in it's own secure database instance, hosted on Google servers. Your data belongs to you, we don’t use the data for marketing or share it. We will delete your data upon request or after an agreed period of time.
Secure access
Access to any Yoonity event is easy and secure. Anyone who has registered or been invited will receive a personal invite and magic access link to the show.
Event access
We can deploy different levels of event access. Managed from within the platform, your event can be open access, password protected or invite by guest list. Login methods are invariably signing in with email but signing in with Google as a guest or SSO are also possible.
